If there’s one thing I dislike about sideMobage’s writing is how they keep a lot of information from us. While I do appreciate how characterization is indirect, how we learn about the idol’s lives and pasts at a realistic pace, and I understand that it’s this way to keep players curious and hooked but…sometimes it’s just too much…you can’t just drop some hot spicy lore on us and like never explain it (lmao)
And that’s exactly how I feel about the relationship between Suzaku and Minori. I think it’s very interesting and will try my best to explain what we know and what we can make of it!
I suppose I’ll start with background info just incase anybody is unaware or new to the series.
Beit 1koma Collection
Office 1koma are little skits that often appear when you log into sideM mobage/walk into the office! They’re to show the every day life of the idols, and often they hint at upcoming events. A lot of them are quite funny and/or interesting so I’ve decided to compile translations of some of my beit faves ^p^
Beit & Kogado – Struggle Heart bonus CD
Struggle Heart is the latest installment in the series of sideM anthologies. It features THE Kogado and Beit, working together on a musical of the Heian period. It’s serialized in Dengeki Moah magazine each month, but also you can read on Pixiv comics, the first and latest chapter are free while the whole first volume in it’s entirety is about 650 yen on Amazon and theres a digital version as well. If you buy the special release, it comes with a bonus CD! Phew that was a lot. Im here to talk about the CD (I’ll discuss the manga itself later…eventually..maybe)
The CD features a Beit cover of “Tsuyoku to Toki Kemono-tachi” and a Kogado cover of “Smile Engage”. Honestly I feel like Omoi Eternity and Jounetsu Fighter would suit each unit better, but the gap moe here is great. Magical princely unit covers the hardcore fighter song, and the hardcore fighter unit covers the magical princely song. Thank you sideM.
It also has 2 drama tracks, which got me really excited. SideM drama tracks are always so funny and wild. I couldn’t stop smiling while listening to these.

Hello! I’ve been planning to do this for a while, and I feel like once I get it started, I’ll feel motivated from there on out. Im writing this blog to keep track and share my sideM thoughts, analysis, and translations! In which all of that, at this moment are scattered on my social media sites haha
I’ve been into sideM since 2014 and I can’t see myself getting out of it anytime soon. The cast is so fun and the series is always giving me something to look forward to. I’m completely in love with the unit Beit and refer to them as my most favorite characters ever! So hopefully I can spread the love onto here haha. Other than them, I really love Sora, Ryu, and Mofumofuen! I am very very biased towards Beit so most of what I translate will be related to them, Im sorry! I guess! lmao …
